How To Play
Simply click the card to play it.
Rules
Each round, both you and Alice-Sama will draw 5 heart cards. Play the higher card to win the time slot!
There are 2 special rules.
1. The ace of hearts is the highest card, but it has a value of 1.
2. If the card you play is smaller, you’ll have to play first on the next slot.

Nice game! The gameplay is pretty simple, but there's enough risk vs reward and room for tricky decisions to make it interesting. Though the variance in the scales might be a bit much. Exchanging a lot of seconds is meaningless, exchanging a lot of weeks is a massive upset.
The premise is cool and keeps the stakes high. I enjoyed Alice's dialogue and the atmosphere was effective. Using hearts as the suit of choice to fit the theme of the game was a nice touch.
Sorry, I didn't realise about the queue rating system. I'll try to get back to this for a proper jam rating when I have time to play more games.

I want to make the game better so I’m gathering ideas on how to improve the core mechanics.
I liked this one! I feel like it creates a lot of tension as she keeps adding rules, and I had to think more and more about what I was playing. It felt tense, a little unfair, but overall if you play well you can survive! Very good!

I like the girl dialogue feel like an mystery creature that used human skin, the way this game get harder and environment that match that girl dialogue.
Damn I think I'm losing to her on purpose. Alice aihdeiahecihdnefihaiehjiafjaihr.
This game had me hooked after some of the changes in dialogue. I really liked how everything worked toghether.

This was a lot of fun. Like, I am impressed. The artsyle is fun the stare of alice is just perfect, the gameplay is addecting. The dialog was ingaging
The game is so fun. I would play it again. To make this game even better, it would be cool to have a challenge mode or a high score mode to see how far you can go without getting the extra lives or with the text.

That's a cool idea! Adding rules is cool but it would be nice to have see them on the board during the game. Spending couple minutes of playing I forgot what was added in third level scale...
Lady is creepy. Especially that stare... But it was nice and yeah, felt like a complete game which is a surprise for a jam!
There are quirks like you can place cards while she saying what you lose. But thankfully this lady was easy on me and gave me a lot of chances to win and not locking my progress.
5 of 5 on the scale of fun, right? Lifespan scaled by 3.1 years :)
