You have to use letters to push the cat to the goal.
About the Full Game
I have decided to make a complete "Push the Cat" game.
It will be a puzzle-story game that reveals the complete backstory of the cat. And with more mechanics!

About Game Jam
This is a game for GMTK Game Jam 2023. This is my first game jam.
The theme of the jam is "roles reversed".
Reversed Roles: Player, UI, Goal, Mouse, Keyboard
- Player is not cat, player moves the level (A sokoban game but you are the box.)
- UI & Narratives are puzzle
- Player push the cat to the goal, or player push the goal to the cat
- Use mouse to WASD
- Keyboard(WASD) is being clicked

Hints
There are 20 levels. And there's a walkthrough video in the comments.
Level 08 Hint:
Use A to push the goal!
Level 12 Hint:
"S above W" is like a little ship you can move up and down freely. Push W first to get D between S and W. And then use S to push D downwards. Finally, use D to push the cat!
Level 14 Hint:
There are multiple solutions in this level. You can push the S in "CATS" to get the A that push "WOW!". And use one W to push the heart away and use another W to push D. Can you find other solutions?
Level 16 Hint:
Use A to push cat to align with goal, then use A on bottom right to push W. Then push the cat to goal.
Level 17 Hint:
Push the D to W, Push the W to A, Push A to make the word SEA, Push Goal and Cat to bottom
Level 18 Hint:
Use A to push goal to S, then D

how to level 10?
Use S to push cat and goal. then use A from “name” to push them together.
Some suggestions:
Thank you for your suggestions! For the full game, I have already made arrow icons, undo, redo, and restart buttons.
Currently I am trying to make a better clicking and holding system.
You're welcome!
Very fun but I got stuck because I pushed the reset button off the screen
You can do that?!
Oh yeah you can
ta god
I pushed the reset button up and out of the screen on level 17, so then I had to redo all the levels to get back.
You can do it on level 2
Great puzzle design, but I felt like I am spending more time looking where WASD are rather than solving the actual puzzle, which makes the puzzle-solving process more frustrating rather than enjoyable.
Yes! Your feedback is great! There should be indicators for WASD.
My idea is to add some grey arrows underneath the text that you can click to move.
I think the point it to figure it out as well
I love this so much.
amazing idea and great execution of it! The levels are also well-designed. The order that you have to push the letters sometimes creates an amazing "aha" moment. Well done!
Insanely creative!
Amazing game So fun
Very creative and interesting
Here PUSH THE CAT walkthrough for those who can't pass
this game will be much better if it have sound effect or music 9/10
Wow! You have different solutions that I didn’t know! On level 14 and 17.
I ended up pulling out of the jam, but i had a similair idea of reversing the roles of the end pole and the player being able to move together or something, and this is a great interpetation of it! I love this!
Thanks!
This is AMAZING!
Thank you! ^_^
